The Joe in these photos is the Classic Collection George Washington that came out in the late 90's. His horse is from the Power Team/World Peacekeepers line. These photos were taken at Bunker Hill* in Boston, Massachusetts.

*George Washington was not present at the Colonial defeat at Bunker Hill. He was shortly tasked with forming the Continental Army with the patriots that were left from this battle.
