G.I. Joe ARAH: Joes VS. the Hisstank!

I brought a few of my favorite 3 3/4 scale Joes to several locations and put together A REAL AMERICAN toy story!

Enjoy watching G.I. Joe outwit a Cobra Hisstank below!

General Hawk assembles some of G.I.Joe's best and Shipwreck aboard the U.S.S. Flagg!

"Joes! Intel says Cobra is setting up a new base on a nearby island. I need you three to scout the area and neutralize if possible!"

"YO JOE!"

The Joes have split into two teams shortly after landing on the island!

"Lady Jaye, do you see anything?"

"I got bad news for you Flint!"

A Cobra Hisstank!

"A Hiss?! We did not come prepared for this type of firepower!"

"JOES 3 O'CLOCK! FIRE AT WILL!"

"I sure hope Shipwreck is doing better than we are!"

"Shipwreck! Come in! We need your help with a Hiss!"

Meanwhile, Shipwreck is patrolling another part of the island...

"Don't worry Lady Jaye! I got something nice and BIG for ya!"

Just ahead is Cobra Anti-Armor Specialist, Scrap Iron!

BANG!!!

"Gotchya Cobra Scalawag!"

"Now how does this dumb thing work?"

WHOOOOOOSH!!!

"WOAH!"

"Something is heading toward the Hiss!"

"AHHHHHHHHHH"

KABOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

"I guess Shipwreck DID have something big for us!"

"YO JOE"

I brought some of my favorite 3 3/4 scale 25th anniversary Joes to Fort McAllister in Savannah, Georgia! On the way there, I found the new 2020 Retro Wave Hisstank at Walmart and thought it would go perfect with a toy story! Thankfully, I brought Scrap Iron along with some other random baddies and thought stealing his weapon system to use against the Hiss would be fun! I then visited the U.S.S Yorktown in Charleston some days afterward, and thought some shots with these Joes on the aircraft carrier would be a solid addition! It also gave me an excuse to add Hawk to my story too!

Stay tuned for more toy stories!

  1. I always wanted the space shuttle defiant complex. I know G.I.Joe came out for a wave but I have doubts it will ever resurface with great vehicles and playsets.

    1. Yeah, 3 3/4 Joes are putting along I suppose. They have new exclusives at Wal-Mart, but they are not really anything groundbreaking. The new line also has vehicles, but I doubt they would invest in anything as large as the Defiant. My favorite 3 3/4 line was the 25th Anniversary assortment that came out in the late 2000's.

The sexy toy with Joes at the moment is the 6 inch Classified Line. I love 6 inch figures, but to me, Joes are best at 12 or 3 3/4 inches. Classified figures look great and possess hella articulation, but I just do not feel like recollecting all of my favorite Real American Heroes. Also, Hasbro is AWFUL on the distribution of this line. They gave half of their army builders to Target as exclusives, and the main series barely makes it to any brick and mortar retailers. I am glad I did not invest in the line, because G.I. Joe Classified seems more stressful than it is fun... :(
